Sollit and Zolar join forces to build Europe’s leading AI-powered software platform for renewable energy installers

Zwolle / Berlin, Oct 1st 2025 — Sollit, the long-proven Dutch SaaS provider for renewable energy installers, and Zolar, Germany’s leading AI platform for solar installations, are joining forces to accelerate the energy transition across Europe. Sollit has acquired Zolar Installer Services, marking the beginning of a new chapter for both companies, collaborating and innovating on a shared mission to empower installers across Europe, small to large, driving the green transformation. 

Creating the winning AI-powered SaaS platform for Europe’s installers 

Together, Sollit and Zolar are building Europe’s leading AI-powered software platform for renewable energy companies. Sollit sports over a decade of proven success, supporting more than 1,000 businesses with its all-in-one operational platform for solar, heat pump, EV charger, and battery installations. Zolar adds its AI-driven Flow platform, digital marketplace, and over eight years of hands-on installer experience in the German market — having already partnered with more than 700 installers and enabled the generation of over 113 million kWh of clean electricity.
